Returns


Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.


Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:

 

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items that are not in their original condition or that show signs of wear.

Refunds


Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take up to 30 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.


Refund Amount: The refund will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping or handling charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


Notification: We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.


How to Initiate a Return


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original condition and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.


Return Address: Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.


Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.


Cancellations


You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
